Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to place an order online, it is then available to be picked up instore. No more waiting around at home for the postman to arrive.
1) Choose items
Please fill your basket by clicking on your desired product and adding it to your basket.
Once you have finished our shopping please head to the shopping basket page.
2) Select Click and Collect
Check the box “Click & Collect” in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout page.
3) Complete your Order
Proceed to checkout and enter payment details to complete your order.
You will receive an email confirming your purchase.
4) You will be notified
You will receive an email when your purchase is ready to be picked up.
This may take up to 24-48 hours.
Orders placed during the week may be picked up on the weekend, but orders placed on the weekend will not be filled until Monday.
We are unable to accept a single order that includes items for Click & Collect services as well as items for home delivery, so in these cases you will need to place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.
5) Collect your order.
Make sure you bring a copy of your email confirmation as a print out or digitally (on your phone) as well as your photo ID.
If you wish for someone else to pick your order up for you, please put their name in under comments section in your order, they too must bring photo ID.
Orders will be kept for up to 14 days from the time you receive your initial collection email.
If a click and collect product is not right for the purpose intended, we are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our refunds policy.
